Thanks for your quick response. I have resolved the issue by formatting the disc using NTFS and all is well. I'm still finding the receiver freezes regular. Would you know how I can get the latest software up date for this receiver?

Hi, I've been trying to record to a 2TB hard drive but receive "NO DISC DETECTED". I have formatted it to FAT32 but still no joy. I've tried a flash drive with no problems. Can anyone please help me. Also it occasionally freezes up.
