what channels are avialable on premiere?

turned of my DECT phones and it made no difference... then i repositioned the satellite and now i am getting a much better quality signal AND now able to get TV Polonia. problem appears to be solved. :) thx rolfw

quality hangs around 43% for polsat2 but get 0% for TV polonia. looks like i may need to reposiotn my dish?

Hi All recently set up my system. it is pointing at hotbird 13e. i can get polsat 2 and some others polish channels but i can get TV Polonia. any ideas?

hi spiney checked the multimeter using a battery and i do get a reading (at least something is working!). in the testing of the receiver, i can't switch it to a channel as all the channels have been wiped from my system when i reset it to factory defaults :-DOH!! it is a fortec star 5100...

can't get any reading from multimeter. not sure if i'm using it rigt or that there is no power going to lnb. althought i have checked in the setting the power should be going to it. anyway, have given up on it and ordered a new receiver...O-st

have bought the mutimeter from Maplin but i have never used one before. can someone give me some pointers on how to test my receiver !! thx!

went and exchanged my SAT finder as i thought it may be faulty. even with this new one, i am still getting no power to it from the receiver even though i can get mild shocks from the cable beginning to think my receiver is faulty:( will go and buy a new one and see if i can progress... is...

hmmmm..after cutting new lengths of cable and reconnecting everything i am getting very mild shocks from the connectors from the receiver to the SAT finder. So, what does that mean? Does it mean that power is going to the LNB.

having another go and setting up my system and i'm still running into problems i have connected my new LNB to my new SAT finder and then plugged the SAT finder into my reciever and everything is still dead. the power light on the SAT finder does not even come on. i have used different cables...
