My single 1m Orbital dish has done 68.5E all the way to 61W. However, due to some obstruction, these days the limit is 66E to the east but I have managed just now to lock onto a data feed at 63W (11634V SR: 34282) so my westerly range is not impaired. As was said by @william-1 though, not much...

There's other alternatives too if you don't have DAB. I have a DVB-T USB stick and use DVB software to timeshift radio 5 live via terrestrial.
There was also a program available called Babbleback too for Windows where it would delay an input audio source by a set number of seconds before...
