    Canal+ card activation problem

    Hi, I have an official Canal+ card (monthy subscription) but am unable to activate it. I have a dreambox 500s and can see the details of the card but that is all. I have attempted activation as indicated on Canal+ website and have left the card in the Dbox for more than the one hour...
