Do you just have one feed going into the back of the Sky box?.....if so you need to go into the setup and enable the single input in there....Happened to me!!

Hi I get ITV no problem on a 2.4 prime focus in Kyrenia ...no BBC tho

Hi Cyprus here.... 12402 and 12480 are at 50% signal quality.... don't know if its changed as I have only had it for 2 weeks.
