probably. Why don't try an Inverto Black Pro ?? They're inexpensive and maybe it will do the trick. I myself use one here near Lisbon on a 1.8m dish and receive perfect pictures on the 2A north beam channels 24/7.

it looks like a c-120 version of the old 0.9db Cambridge lnb. I've used one of those some 20 or so years ago too ;-)

maybe you should try openATV 4.2 image now that openPLI don't support dreamboxes anymore but you will need to use the short mode version in the bbc_pmt_starter.sh file.
