When my contract ends I am told the Sky + box is mine so will I still receive freesat and will I be able to record. Anyone know the answer please.

My Sky + box sometimes just does nothing and I have to unplug main and wait for it to start again.

I also have a Passion+ it will record direct onto the hard disc but not with the timer it will switch on ans switch off but nothing on the hard disc.

I have a Fortech Star Passion+ I receive the chanels ok I have a outside hard disc installed. It will record as a direct recording to the hard disc but when I try to record with the timer I fill in all the information leave the box in standbye mode. It will then switch on and says recording...
