I can playback the videos marked with a playback symbol. It simply does not want to download anything

Would like to start the thread by saying that i have had help thus far from the BRILLIANT blue platinum. Have managed to connect to the on demand server but can`t download any content. It records for a second and then says press record to continue but nothing happens. In the planner it says...

I am probably in the wrong thread here but.... If i manage to connect to the bbc and itv i player`s would i then be able to stream good quality live tv direct to my internet t.v ? just a thought as they have dissapeared from my sky hd box. Thanks in advance good folk.

Not sure if this is relevant but i got in ch 0121 gold radio, With slight break up, Yesterday with very Heavy cloud. have no idea which satellite that is on is it the uk beam on 2e ?
