alex, it means that the software you tried to download is not compatible with your receiver.upon downloading you can see in the error messages in the display of your receiver the error messages..eg..E012,E025,E026..... as what I observed, starsat receivers will not accept software that are...

Most of the receivers are coming from Korea/China. Most of them perform some special functions... editing keys.... and now they can do auto update of keys. But the brand name changes as they move from one country to another. :)

I think the code menu has been pre installed for emetabox1 receiver. What you need is to enter the keys. emetabox01 is not autoroll for dreamtv. you may try metaware website for the update. But be carefull.
