Mil Ka spec has always included very tight spot beams...not sure if the commercial sats are the same. The UFOSat series could focus a steerable spot beam on a surfaced sub , or aerial command and control a/c with great accuracy. Maybe the Ka on 19E features something similar.

Thought that might be the case. SR on the three main tpdrs looks about 45000 and signal levels are good , so I'll try a couple of different receivers on them. I need to try the ADX on the system to drop down to around 19500 ish.
