oh yeah got them now and amazing how they all seem to point in what appears to be the same position but obviously they dont.

yes i do have one i just felt the elevation was to high compared to all the other dishes. but there is a lot of buildings all around us and my dish is only 3ft of the ground, maybe its not getting a clear view

I'm wondering now you say a hill gets in the way when you get further round. Maybe the buildings are in the way here as my dish is lower down than everyone else's. I'll take a picture tomorrow when I'm here in the light.

ok i have been given new hope from here and will not give up, good to know that its probably just an alignment problem, one day i will look back wonder why it was such a problem

i tried to have it vertical and only move between south and east how critical is vertical is it a narrow margin. should i use a spirit level. i was under the impression as long as it was near it could be adjusted after the satellite is found to maximze the signal

it says standard and i cant change it and also lo 9.75 hi 10.60

the problem is even when i think i have a satellite i still get no signal plus i thought i would have got something using the signal finder. i will be very happy if iget this working though im in hawick and work in selkirk
