Hi Artsi It is true you have update your receiver with VA1.0 F/W for updating the MM9800S with VA1.1 F/W we need licence agreement from Nokia ,Bengt Scheelenberg and Viaccess.The advice That Bengt Schellenberg supporting Center is to send the receiver to a Nokia Service Center. Yours zeev
