Hello.

I have a Rover Master STC, two actually. On one of the meters, the Terrestrial channel plug suddenly went blank, trying to re-load it and firmware re-upgrade does not help.

After loading the channel plan on, with the SMART program I used the "instrument file manager" to access the files, I see that the channel plan is actually on the meter, but the meter itself will not display it. Simply when going to the channel plans, under "Terrestrial" there are no items.

Has anybody had this issue and how can it be fixed?

When I go to update the individual Country from the SMART program, PC -> Instrument.

It says "this file already present in the instrument, do you want to OVERWRITE it"
Even so, I am unable to see it on the channel plan on the meter.

Somehow I was briefly able to get only "EUROPE" to show on the Television plan, but I cannot get any others ones to load on.

You may have to wait a few hours for our UK Installer Members to return from work before getting a reply.

Sounds a strange one. Maybe a software bug.
