Oscam 4 openvix or pli

I have been looking high and low but cannot get oscam y-mod for open vix or open pli.

Can any one please point me in the right direction so I can finish off my install and get this box working please?

My Satellite Setup
Motorised dish 45E - 30W, Clarke-Tech ET9000
My Location
Poland
I don't believe there is a good working *ipk for PLi.
Install a standard oscam from OpenPLi feed and then replace the binary file.
