New parameters mta int.: 11207 H 3540 1/2 DVB-S2 QPSK.
S/N of 1 dB should be enough already.
CJ, if you had the Canadian transponder before, this one surely should come in, or there is something new standing in the way.

11295 H lock only occasionally because of a tree, but it's only halfway losing its leafs, so some improvement will come soon!

Thanks for that. I do think that 70.5E is being blocked by something as it's so low in the sky here with massive variations in signal on 68.5E. Which incidentally is weaker on my Fibo 90 dish than it was on Penta 85 at the old flat. But will check this out again.

Edit: nope - nada. Not a sausage... nothing..

mta int. gone back to previous parameters: 11207 H 3800 1/2 DVB-S QPSK.

Despite S/N of about 4 dB which is well above threshold, my 6925 refuses to find it with blindscan, either with TBS blindscan of Crazyscan. With manual symbolrate entry, locks fine. Maybe another 6925 user can confirm this behaviour?

11294 H more channels on test (french programs

) recorded, Media One and the "Old" HD1 channel , the first HD channel available in Europe, long time ago....

At the moment with a 1.2Dish I am able to receive 16 channels from this sat - two of them with a V polarization having the same channel.
namely Family tv 1, but the freqs are 11492 V and the other is 11522 V. The rest of the other channels have a H Polarization. Before i was only able to receive 11492 V with a 1.5 Dish.
Now with a little bit of tweaking of my 1.2 this Freq is coming through as well.
