to edit a startrack is real easy all you need to do is go into games & you will find the edit key there.
What you will need is the encryption system
ie nagravision
the id which is a four digit code ie 00 70
the index which is a two digit code ie 0A
& the 16 digit hex file
to edit you will need to press the green button & that will enable you to enter the codes.

I am just doing this from memory as i no longer have a startrack.
you can also download all the files from
www.starsw.com
but you will nedd an rs232 cable, if you type in startrack on the forum search then you will find someone who will tell you how to go about downloading the files to your system. I know coz that's where i got my files & info from
