It doesnt seem to be working at the moment (as of yesterday, i think), they have apparently gone back to TPSCrypt 2, which is what caused the recent blackout. Basically TPSC2 is a layer on top of viaacess, which requires some extra information. I guess you'll just have to wait it out.
