For those that have Iderto cams dont forget for the moment (Dec 2003 is the latest I hear) that with the acception of 16/9 and the X zone the package is still avalible on a 6/1 card or on a Irderto only gold card etc.
Incidently Genuine cards may also be purchased from several sources without a Netherlands address, how they do it though is some thing else!
