Hi Rob
Whilst being a W2K guy at home I have XP Pro at work. I just logged into my network and onto my machine and did a search for SP2 and sure enough it revealed that the SP2 that was downloaded onto my machine using Windows automatic update was still held on the machine as a winzip backup. It should be in two places but in mine it was in C:\Windows\ServicePackFiles\i386. So what ever file it is asking for you should be able to point it to the corresponding location on your machine. Hope this helps
