Nilesat 101 was manufactured by the European company Matra Marconi Space (Astrium), and it was launched on 28th of April 1998 by the European Launcher , Ariane space using the launcher Ariane 4, from the French Guyana ( Kourou site ).Nilesat 102 satellite was manufactured by the same company (Astrium) and it was launched on 17th of August 2000 by Ariane 4 launcher.
So 101 will expired on 2013 and 102 on 2015, since the satellite's validation is 15 years, then it is not coming close as you think
