You might also want to keep an eye
here. These folks actually tell you when the channels are streaming or not. Today they are down.
I just tried replacing RM13 with RM11. That 'server'
is active; however, on my PC when I call up a link it is blocked (though the media player configures to 16:9 (in readiness). Maybe its a global block, but worth a try.
