My System: Win XP digital and analog SAT
Echostar 2110 2CI show only running dots

Hello my unit dont boot from standy to on
and show only running dots arround the display.
I already loaded the newest firmware and bootstrap from Echostar Page.
Do anybody has an idea what this can be ?
