Got Bittorrent working now, entered the setup menu (Bios) upon startup, and put the PC to safe mode to get it to start without the telecentros program, i also installed a anti virus program to be on the safe side! All works fine now with bittorrent. And besides, what the town hall doesnt know wont hurt them!
