yes, saw it rolf, when i was in turkey (no pun intended) last year , while on the coach on the way back to airport we saw a couple of guy's being really cruel to a dog and we had a discussion how that sort of thing dosent happen in our country: proven wrong again
to be honest i think we're (uk)heading in a downward spiral (but that's another story)
