I am a bit short on time and will try to answer some more later, but if you go to the
http://multidec.host.sk/en/download_b2c2.html site, you will find somewhere the diseqc 1.2 plugin for the ss2 card. Download it and read the instruction. I sort of followed it step by step, and indeed I managed to get it to work. Also in there is a ctransponder list, which you should import for each and every satellite you are trying to tune to. (I am still trying to find out where a more up to date list is available)
