Dear,
sir please help me.I have receiver PARTIOT II [NHE 9860].I got software for it.from instructions they told download it from Windows 98 or 95.I connected receiver to pc and go to the official site.but nothing happend.Can i upgrade it from Windows XP.please inform me all.my email id is mn_132000yahoo.com
