There is an old Grandmother saying: If you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all....(I wish I done that a few times more in my life....)
As Rolf says, I think in many cases it is better not to respond...There have been so many cases I found myself writing something as a reply, only to delete it and go on to the next thing. One day later and it's all forgotten.
You probably find it hard to believe, but there were even one or two aimed at you, Moo
(and possibly a few aimed at me
)
Anyways, I think it is ok as it is now. The "thanks" button will cut out many of the "Thanks" postings which make many threads longer than they need to be.
I will use it now as much as I can!
