How to stream from winamp to Dreambox. Requires shoutcaster or dreamnetcast plugin on Dreambox.
I edited stations.xml used by the version of dreamnetcast attached to this:
<entry Playstring="http://10.0.0.9:9000/listen.pls">
<Name>10.0.0.9</Name>
<Genre>music</Genre>
<Nowplaying>music</Nowplaying>
<Listeners>1</Listeners>
<Bitrate>256</Bitrate>
</entry>
The key is the /listen.pls (and use your PC IP address). You may need to amend your firewall rules.
There are different versions of dreamnetcast so you have to edit yours differently (alll files required are attached, except winamp; newer versions may be available from the links given).
