several weeks ago Canal+ started aggressively defending themselves from the pirates. They sent out false key updates and all kinds of stuff which knocked out a lot of cards - particularly those used in embedded CAMs.
Try reprogramming your card with the latest software, preferably with fixed keys (no autoupdate).
