Should Police be 'done' for speeding? | | Britain’s most senior policeman on traffic issues has been fined £500 for failing to identify the speeding driver of one of his force’s cars.
Meredydd Hughes, the Chief Constable of South Yorkshire, had to mount a prosecution against himself after the vehicle was captured travelling at 47 mph in a 40 mph area by a roadside camera.
