The thieves, leaded by Lorenz, apparently do no steal a penny from the bank. While chasing the gangsters, the police team discloses that they planted a virus in the system, stealing one billion dollars from the most different accounts, using the principle of the Chaos Theory. Further, they find that Lorenz is killing his accomplices.

Tobe Hooper's original Mangler, a laundry presser with a taste for human blood, is revived in this gruesome shocker. It turns out that the curse of the original mangler has survived in the parts Hadley so innocently began pottering with, and Hadley himself is becoming possessed by its evil needs. When his wife ventures into his workshop, Hadley begins his transformation into a killing machine. He uses his job as a repairman to enter the homes of his victims, brutally killing them with blunt objects. As he feeds the machine's hunger with fresh victims, he becomes its organic incarnation, in a terrifying performance by the blank-eyed Blakesley.
