I dare to believe that you get full Premiere with only 1.3m since others in portuguese mainland struggle with this size or even bigger:

You surely mean the transponders on 1G/H but i meant those much weaker on 1E.
Is a 3m enough for permanent reception also of all Astra 2D frequencies ?
