Hi, for 19.2E and 13E you just need a 6 degree monoblock LNB. Is your dish large enough? as some of the Hotbird beams appear to be a weaker than the Astra (19.2E) beams for your area:-

The monoblock LNB has an integrated DiSEqC switch, so only one cable is fed to the receiver, so only one receiver is required.
