That's a bit odd, coz today on the Latest News section of the BigL web site the following item appeared:

In the wake of Big L's amazing Rajar figures (leading the UK in average listener hours for the last quarter), 2008 has got off to a flying start with the station's on-line figures growing at 10% and 6% for January and February respectively.

The post Christmas period is often a difficult time in the industry but Big L's dedication to delivering the best programmes for its listeners, has seen it successfully navigate these tricky months.

These figures come on top of the station's steady growth of 10% per month since August 2007. The growth has also been reflected in an up-turn in revenue.

An "up-turn in revenue" doen't necessarily mean that they're bringing in enough to pay the rent, of course.

Paul.
