If it's a new flat, the building may well have a communal IRS satellite system which basically is a 1 dish system that has at least 1 feed into each flat.
Most of these type of dishes are set up to receive $ky. A simple call to a local independent satellite/aerial company should be able to confirm this. Also if they are an agent for $ky, they should be able to set you up to the system with subscription etc.
On the other hand, you may have your own dish on the wall which from your posting sounds like this is what you have. In which case you can still do the above or call $ky of course to arrange a box & subscription.
