I can't realistically see why on earth you would want to do this, as there are already CAMs available which can be updated with keys and patches, why insist on trying to introduce a third element into this?

It may well be possible, but it would require someone to work out how to do it by changing the architecture of a CAM and I can't see it happening, as it is a backward step.
