The best one for me so far is Kaspersky. User friendly and doesn't leave their marks at the bottom of my e-mail messages like NOD32 does.
There's a setting that gets rid of those messages.

I've used both Kasperksy and Nod32 in the past. Both are pretty good products. Kaspersky is a a bit more user friendly though. Both regularly update their virus definitions. I prefer Nod32 because it runs in the background and leaves me in peace.
