Further update on POWERLINE adapters
And don't plug them into a 4 gang
Plugged directly into wall outlet they are working a treat
VLC and recording to mounted drive
One slight issue
i put a dhcp reservation in my netgear so i could give it a hostname
Via MAC reservation (So it always gets the same address)
Well it doesn't and just keeps getting random one's
So its on a static IP currently
