If you can see a "normal" german dish, they point to 19 east. So you will have to move your dish 9 degrees to the "left" when standing BEHIND the dish, and one degree lower. If you can get the TV near the dish so you can watch the signal strentgh while you move the dish it should be a piece of cake. Just move it by small steps at a time. 80 cm in Düsseldorf should be ok, but you are on the limit. A larger dish would be better, but try it out first.
