There was an article in Wotsat a few years back discussing the possibility of satellites with even tighter focused beams. So much so that not only would those in Spain (for instance) not be able to receive the UK beam with a monster dish but, worse, would have their own tight beam using the same frequencies.
The future definitely isn't bright if that occurs!
