I recently purchased a new Horizon HDSM usb + and have a question about it. My partner has a wolsley meter and we set a dish up with his and got a good signal strength on his meter and a good quality strength, I put my horizon meter on after he had set the dish up with his and it got a good signal reading but the 0-100 % quality reading was on 0. Has anyone else had this problem. I have contacted Horizon over a week ago but they have not answered me yet. |
