Germany is a pretty big place your precise location would be more useful or your longitude, however looking at the footprint it would appear you are right on the limit with that, your dish would be looking at the horizon. The further East you are the more chance you would have of reception but line of sight could also be a problem. According to the footprint map for Telstar 10 a 1.5mtr dish should be enough if it is above your horizon and you have line of site, it is too close to call just from your given location of Germany. What channel were you hoping to get?
