ideally more information is required but here goes
2 possible reasons:
1 you are not using your sky card in the correct receiver and therefore getting the "this card is in the wrong set top box" - either put it in the receiver the card was activated in or call sky (tricky when in spain!!) to get it paired to your curent receiver
2 many of the sky movies channels are on Astra 2A North, which can be difficult to receive during certain times of the day (3-7pm ish) and does depend on dish size also (hence why we need more info!)
