Viasat Broadcasting is to launch TV1000 Action in Russia, the Baltic Republics and five CIS states.
The channel, which will be in air for 24 hours daily and dubbed into Russian and subtitled into Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian, will be the seventh Viasat service to be offered in the region.
