These channels (Flaunt, Scuzz etc...) can suffer from DECT interference (1892Mhz).
If you have a Dect cordless phone fairly close by, unplug it and see.

Channel 4 is also on 10.714H as is More 4+

Channel 4+1 is NDS Encrypted at the moment.
