My System: Technomate 5400 CI + USB, INVERTO Silver Tech Universal Twin LNB 0.2, LIDL satellite dish
No or BAD Signal...

Set up dish and LNB , hooked it up to my box but on my box it says 'No or Bad signal'

At the bottom it says 23%....does this mean it is semi hooked up alright ?

Hopefully......


Im trying to get Astra 28E

I think im pointing it in the right direction.......What can i do now ?
