That slab is a bit too small and you need to weight it down a lot more and ideally make sure it's on more solid ground. To reduce stresses you could lower the dish a bit for now if you can still see the satellite you want. You could use the T bracket to support it higher up... off that fence if it's solid &/or bolt it all to a bigger slab.. 3x2 etc..
That Silvercrest dish is quite light weight but it's when the wind blows as sat man says.. it acts as a sail and the leverage down to that small slab base can be substantial.. We used a larger slab and a very large plastic plant pot loosely filled with rocks, filled up with water (and topped with plants for looks and trelis up the pole) with the bottom leg of the K under the dish and the plant pot covering it. It was solid and looked good.

I will do what you said once i have sorted out the satellite and found what im looking for !

Im going for 19.2E now........ All cables seem to be fine and tight,,,,,,,,BUT now the bloody level is going crazy again and still only 23% quality
