That Silvercrest dish is quite light weight but it's when the wind blows as sat man says.. it acts as a sail and the leverage down to that small slab base can be substantial.. We used a larger slab and a very large plastic plant pot loosely filled with rocks, filled up with water (and topped with plants for looks and trelis up the pole) with the bottom leg of the K under the dish and the plant pot covering it. It was solid and looked good. |
