Did you buy the card and CI CAM at the same time or you have just purchased the CI CAM recently as an addition?
I think that I would try to uninstall both, software and hardware and then follow the instructions about how to do a first install.
With my Hauppauge, I had to install first the drivers and only then the hardware, but Technisat might have a different method.
Try to check their website for any information and also send e-mail to support about the recognition problem.
