How have you got the serial cable connected to your Cas 3+ programer?
The Cas 3 requires both a USB cable and Serial cable to program in phoenix mode, if your PC/Laptop doesn't have a dedicated Com port and you are using a USB-Serial adapter you might need to go into Device Manager and allocate a Com port between 1 and 4 to correspond with the MII+ software. |
