Well if you've changed everything except the receiver, then it may be the receiver, do you have a friend with a dish that you can try the receiver on? May be worthwhile buying a cheap satellite meter, as it makes life a lot easier when searching for satellites.

Unless you had changed any of the settings in the receiver, there was really no reason to change them, may be worth doing a factory reset, as that always defaults to Ku-band settings.
